Chic & Pet Friendly Suites At The Embassy Row Hotel

Monday, October 5, 2015

If it was up to me, every bedroom I ever sleep in from this point on in life would look exactly like this.

It's absolutely perfect.

Ok so, I can't even begin to explain how blown away I was by the decor at The Embassy Row Hotel during my stay in Washington, DC this weekend.

I came to DC to visit the White House for the World Wide Insta Meet event they were hosting on Saturday and since Hurricane Joaquin was threatening to completely terrorize the the DMV area I thought it best to plan ahead and grab a hotel for the night just in case things got a little out of hand.

Luckily storm conditions stayed pretty mild in the area but my smart thinking gave me the opportunity to stay in one of the most beautifully chic hotels I've ever come across.

When I say this hotel was decorated to the nine's its the truth. Not one detail was spared or overlooked, from the lobby to the carpet in your room and the lamps on the tables The Embassy Row hotel has a lock on style.

Oh my gosh don't get me started on the bathrooms...

LOVE!

But the hotels appeal isn't just surface level.

With a clear commitment to upscale service, the community and a fun, social atmosphere the Embassy Row Hotel sets themselves apart from the standard "place to rest your head".

The hotel's staff is always ready and will to assist you at the drop of a hat. No matter the request they are attentive, friendly and on the job. For example, when I was rushing to get to the White House but was also super hungry. I zipped over to their cafe in somewhat of a panic, quickly scoured the menu but couldn't decide what to get. The cashier made a suggestion as to what to get, told me not to worry and that he would put a rush on it. What seemed like a blink of an eye later when I came back down my sandwich was warm, wrapped and ready to go in a carrying case.

The staff also takes the time to make your stay personal...you'll feel more like a friend then just another guest. Every time I came down with my pup Maddison, the staff would greet myself and her (cute), pet her, give her treats and just check in on us. It may not seem like much to you but the little things go a long way.

Heck the fact that I was even able to bring Maddison along for the stay was a huge win. Events that cause me to travel can come pretty frequently and I'm not always able to find a dog sitter but leaving Maddison at home alone or missing "work" are both no no's in my book.

So finding a hotel that's pet friendly, has a staff that loves animals, doesn't charge you extra for them to stay AND they give your little fur baby treats!?

Yes please.
Yea Embassy Row is pretty darn cool.

No matter if your a young professional, a Millennial, a fitness nut or just passionate about traveling and exploring new places there will always be something for you to do and you'll feel right at home here.

Throughout the week (note: seasonal changes to events) the hotel host daily events like roof top yoga, boozy brunch, a silent disco's and support a cause (part of the profits from go to a cause). There really is something for everyone.

What else is there to do?!

Plenty, aside from lounging around in your perfect room, or chowing down on some seriously yummy food.

There is the roof top pool, the constant hotel events, the fitness center, the spa and the adult playground. Oh and if you want to get out and about your right in all the action. The Embassy Row Hotel is nestled in Dupont Circle which is home to various restaurants, lounges and clubs to keep you busy through your stay.

The Verdict: I have no complaints about my stay at The Embassy Row, from start to finish it was smooth sailing. If your a 20 something like me looking for a swanky spot to stay for the weekend or just something to get into for the evening be sure to look their way. And if your a pet parent traveling to DC in need of a hotel that will love your fur baby just as much as you do with no this is the place for you. I would recommend The Embassy Row Hotel in a heartbeat!

Until Next Time,
XO Deanna

  3. Paintless dent removal has recently emerged as a viable option over the last decade instead of traditional dent removal. Unfortunately, most people do not understand the advantages of this emerging trend. Studies have shown that the average consumer will normally learn about paintless dent removal from insurance companies, or from their regular auto body shop, once it has begun offering the service. 4. I have been involved in franchising dozens of businesses, at last count over 60. Some from concept and some where we converted an existing business to the franchised model and I am really happy to deal with either pathway with one really important proviso. The business owner must have a reasonable understanding on what it takes to run a business successfully - franchised or not. bookkeeping and accounting

  6. You've probably heard by now that paintless dent repair/removal is a low-cost alternative to the pricier auto body workshops out there. But the big question on your mind is whether or not your vehicle is compatible with these dent removal methods. Below you will find a checklist that will ensure whether or not your vehicle is a candidate for PDR. https://www.redhotauto.net/
